- I love this ancient anti-aging & wellbeing practice. I've been practicing and teaching it (over 45,000 people globally, and around 40 instructors) for the last twenty years. Through teaching so many people, I've been able to develop modifications for people who are not able to do the original movements because they may be unfit and need time to develop strength & flexibility, or due to a previous injury (particularly lower back and neck). I've added core stability to protect the spine, lower back & neck; by building strong abdominal muscles that can wrap around, & protect the spine like a natural weight belt. To improve natural full breathing, I have also included a special breathing technique that I call Energy Breathing, which is carried out between each Rite.
