Five Tibetans - Student, Teacher & Master Trainer Workshops In Feb/March 09
Expert Teacher - Carolinda Witt (Founder & Developer of T5T - the abbreviation for her safer & supercharged version of The Five Tibetan Rites) is running the following training programs:
T5T Student Workshop
T5T Instructor Training Workshop
T5T Master Trainer Program
Due to the growth of T5T into other countries, and over the internet, I find I am unable to offer as many teacher and student trainings as I would like to.
I have therefore decided to train a select bunch of Master Trainers who will be training our future T5T Instructors in Australia, NZ, Canada, USA and even in China and Europe! This way I can focus on growing the business through the internet and media as well as developing new products and trainings.
We always run a student workshop in the middle of our teacher training programs, and the last one I am possibly running in Australia is in central Sydney on Sunday 1st March 09. I realize it is a long way off, but perhaps that might suit you?
Since the workshop is part of our Teacher Training and Master Trainers program, I am able to offer it to you at a very favorable price - $155 instead of
Sunday 1st March
Start: 9am
Finish: 4.30pm
This price includes your 176 page T5T book (T5T: The Five Tibetan Exercise Rites - Penguin) & Companion CD. If you want to bring a friend, I will give you a free DVD.
You will need to let me know by Monday 27th October if you wish to attend as there are very limited places. You will also need to secure your place with a non-refundable deposit of $50. The venue is likely to be in Crows Nest, North Sydney which is easily accessible by bus, train, etc - and car parking is available on-site.

Hi! I just want to ask if there's an age restriction for those who want to learn the tibetan rites. Can a teenager be allowed to do the rites?
No! It's a pity they seem to be pitched at 'older' people but they actually raise the qi (prana, chi, life-force) in the body by increasing the spin rate of the chakras. This is useful for anyone for health, vitality and well being regardless of their age. Yoga is often done from a very young age, with the eldest people in ashram's often amongst the most flexible because of the length of time they have been practicing! Bit of a shock for some!
This sequence is very good for stress and mental clarity, so if you are coping with exams or other stresses it will help a lot.
All the best,
C
If you do the Rites slowly, with awareness and acceptance and with the right breathing, it can also become a huge spiritual experience. Your body also becomes physically strong as the Rites are well designed. The chakras are optimised and a sense of well being and good health take over. I have experienced this and so have my friends. In fact, if done properly, don't rush through it, take your time, slowly and deliberately awakening every soul in the tissues, nothing more than
T5T is needed for good health.

That's a great testimonial Raj! Can I put it on my website?
Of course!!!
Thank you!
http://www.t5t.com/testimonials.cfm?TestimonialGroup_ID=8 - have put it up here, and under two other categories. Health improvement & General. Have a new website in development. You can download the original book written by Peter Kelder in 1939 on my website now and a free poster. Go to www.T5T.com and look under Learn or Teach in red, then Downloads in the drop down box. All the best.
You are doing a great service to humanity. Keep going!
You too Raj, with your journalism and personal experiences that you are so good at sharing. How's the book going? Think you could make the next India movie from it! Did you like "Slumdog Millionaire"? It's getting lots of publicity for the dad going to sell the little girl!
Be very hard for any of those kids to go back to the slums after the movie and all the fuss (let alone easy food etc). x
Book is doing very well, thanks. Many translations coming up; film offers too. Am doing a film but it is too early to talk about it. 'Slumdog Millionaire' has had little appeal here because its a way of life with us. Every street has it. Hundreds of millions are in dire poverty.
But let's keep at the yoga!!!
Raj, that's wonderful! I'm so incredibly happy for you. You know what, we talked about this before - but YOU certainly deserve it and so do all the people you wrote about.
Let's hope the film companies have an established percentage of their tickets sold that go to charity. If not maybe you could suggest it. They could put the ticket up by a small percentage to cover it, but magnified hundreds of time - that's a different story.
I know SlumDog didn't do well, but I am sure its success will pave the way for other films and books etc. Maybe you ought to get on with writing a sequel or become an agent for when you do get a movie deal.
Good luck and keep me in the loop - I love to hear of your success.
Best wishes
When is the new site happening? While this is fine, it can get more dynamic and it is always important to keep changing or, like everything else, even the site will become like stagnant, putrid water. The site should also be free and ever flowing like unchained water!!
Haha! If you knew the trouble I am having with web developer's - you too would laugh.
I know Raj, I know!!! You'll be the first to know! x
Hi Carolinda, I just downloaded your ebook and can't wait to learn and practice these techniques!
