I drink Rooibos tea like it is going out of fashion, but I need something 'milky' in it. I'm now adding organic oat milk and that works. Rice milk was too thin, but the oat milk is more like soy. I'm going to look for something on dairy to post!Carolinda Witthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08518483962098502770noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19316072.post-1160443613604553452006-10-10T11:26:00.000+10:002006-10-10T11:26:00.000+10:00As someone who has a soy sensitivity, I found this...As someone who has a soy sensitivity, I found this article very refreshing. There is a growing number of reported soy allergies in the Western world - so it is obvious that it can be just a problematic as dairy, for the reasons outlined in the article. Trouble is, soy is SO hard to avoid. For example, most bread contains soy flour - including some organic ones!Karen Baylyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11973554886787606705noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-19316072.post-1159257668775252132006-09-26T18:01:00.000+10:002006-09-26T18:01:00.000+10:00This really isn't my area of expertise.
